Team Warchild (DOD:S) has rounded off a stellar season with a final victory last evening in CAL-Invite.

After starting the season 3-0, things were looking up for the 2nd place finishers of CAL-Main in season 7, but after dropping a close fought battle to Legion on Argentan, and then losing to Jetty many in the community started to doubt Warchild's true potential. Fortunately, with hard work and some clutch plays the team rebounded and won their final 3 matches to post a 6-2 record and secure the #3 spot for playoffs.

As of the writing of this article the playoff bracket has not been posted yet, but unofficially Warchild will be facing the #6 seed Rebels of Mankind on Donner in the first round on May 21. This will no doubt be a stellar match up, since ROM was the first victim to Team Warchild this season, and they will be out for revenge. Stay tuned for updates as we will keep you posted as to how the playoff picture developes and how the team advances.

I've been getting a lot of messages about people being listed under the wrong team, for some reason you just have to refresh a couple times for it to display correctly, I have no idea why it does this so web gods... enlighten me.
